Event Services Associate, CASE staff are crucial in creating remarkable experiences for our guests. Specific duties of the Event Services Associate, CASE staff will vary based on the event or program, but may include security screening, ticket scanning, ushering guests to seats, answering questions, providing directions, and assisting with accessibility accommodations and other requests, creating remarkable experiences for our guests!
Responsibilities include:
General Requirements: Associates must be 18 years of age or older; able to remain in a designated position which may include standing for several hours; able to communicate clearly and appear approachable; work with a diverse group of people and remain open to the needs of all visitors; possibly work outdoors; and follow written and verbal instructions.
This is an intermittent position exclusively for Mershon Auditorium at the Wexner Center for the Arts.
