Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Weekend Hardware Support Technician:

• Assist in replacing a high volume of computers as part of a Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration project.
• Identify and replace outdated devices, ensuring all new hardware is equipped with necessary software.
• Migrate user files and data from old devices to new hardware, providing a seamless transition for end users.
• Offer Tier 1 support to end users, including basic troubleshooting and setup assistance.
• Collaborate with our client's team to support the transition and address any additional IT needs.

Required Skills for Weekend Hardware Support Technician:

• Basic IT support experience, particularly at the Tier 1 level.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems, specifically Windows 10 and 11.
• Experience with computer setup, file migration, and software installation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple device replacements.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer service mindset.
