Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Specialty Software Engineer 4. Job Type: Fulltime/Contract on W2 Duration: 12 months Locations: Columbus, OH - Hybrid 3 days onsite /2 days remote

As a Specialty Software Engineer 4, you will:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted larger scale or longer-term Specialty Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function policies procedures and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience developing with Python
• Experience in Automation w/Python
• Experience in Cloud Architecture and Cloud Based Technologies
• Experience in Full Stack Java and Software Architecture Design, Java, Spring Framework
• Experience in UI / UX Development and Frameworks
• Experience in Machine Learning
• Experience in Generative AI application design and development, LLM, Google ADK, Open AI Agent Framework, MCP, Design Patterns, Rapid Prototyping
• Experience in CSS, ReactJS, Next JS, Tailwind CSS
