Services Internship, Cx Designer

We are seeking a dynamic motivated individual to join our Service team as a Services Intern. This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of service delivery and customer support within our organization. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, adaptable, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in providing frontline customer support through various channels. Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Support service delivery processes including scheduling appointments, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely completion of service requests.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to service activities, including service request, customer interactions, and service delivery metrics.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure service delivery meets established standards and customer expectations.
  • Learn about our products and services to provide effective support and assistance to customers.

Qualifications

  • Must be pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated work ethic and detail-orientation.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment and produce high-quality work.
  • Collaboration and teamwork.
