Minimum requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, legibly speak, and understand English.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Confidence and skill in having sales conversations and presenting solutions to prospective and existing clients.
  • The ability to work extended hours and some weekends.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • The ability to pass state licensing exams.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to meet performance expectations, including service protocols, monthly sales goals, and documentation standards.
  • Favorable drug test and acceptable background records are required.

Preferred requirements:

  • Experience working with minimal supervision; able to solve problems and keep detailed records.
