About The Position: Service Technician

We're looking for self-motivated individuals with a great attitude, eager to learn new skills and provide top-tier customer service. As a Service Technician, you'll work directly with customers to assess, troubleshoot, and repair garage doors and openers. You'll also maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, ensuring it is stocked with the necessary tools and materials for each job.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License
• Basic hand and power tools (can be purchased through the company)
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
• Customer service experience and mechanical aptitude are a plus!

Responsibilities:

• Direct communication with customers to provide exceptional service
• Troubleshooting and repairing garage door systems and openers
• Maintaining a clean, stocked work vehicle
• Managing daily load outs of needed materials
