The Service Champion (Team Member) is crucial to our business, providing friendly, accurate service to customers and teammates. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, taking and ringing up orders, handling payment, preparing and storing food ingredients, assembling food and beverage orders, maintaining a clean work environment, and more. Responsibilities also include consistently providing above average customer service, receiving customer orders, keeping workspace sanitary, participating in store audits, and more.
