Ampler dba Taco Bell is seeking a Service Champion (Team Member). This person is the most crucial part of our business. They will provide friendly, accurate service to customers as well as teammates and managers. Key responsibilities include greeting customers in the restaurant or drive-thru, taking and ringing up orders, handling payment and thanking customers. They'll also prepare and store food ingredients, assemble food and beverage orders, check to make sure they're correct, package products, and maintain a clean, safe work and dining environment.
Responsibilities include: consistently providing above average customer service, receiving customer orders from lobby and drive-thru, receiving payment for purchases and returning correct change (if necessary), keeping work-space sanitary, well organized, and well stocked, participating in store audits to ensure company compliance, regular cleaning of prep space, kitchen, and all other areas throughout restaurant, sweeping and mopping floors, dusting shelves and lifting and carrying out trash containers and placing in an outside bin, cleaning the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant, tolerating standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time, acting in a friendly, courteous and helpful manner toward customers and co-workers at all times, being punctual and flexible in maintaining hours of employment, performing effectively and safely in an environment where there is constant change and minimal direct supervision, presenting a tidy appearance with good hygiene, capable of making quick and appropriate decisions, taking action to meet customer needs, anticipating bottlenecks in service and acting to resolve them, ability to learn quickly, and ability to communicate viewpoints and concerns to fellow employees and managers in a constructive manner.
