We are looking for a skilled, construction trade professional to join our team. As a Service Technician at Clayton, you will specialize in repairing common service tasks associated with manufactured homes while upholding our standard for excellent customer service.

We are looking for a skilled candidate to complete service calls related to the following areas:

• Drywall Repair
• Trim Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Electrical Work
• Siding, Roofing, & Skirting

The Service Technician will also be responsible for ensuring the home is defect free prior to customer move-in. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal & customer service skills. They will also take pride in the quality of their work & be skilled in time management & prioritization with the ability to work independently.

When you'll be doing it:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday occasional Saturdays
• No on-call work required

Must be able to:

• Possess a valid driver's license
• To crawl underneath homes, safely climb ladders, & lift up to 50 lbs.
• To work in all climates (extreme heat/cold, snow/rain)
• Use hand/power tools such as hammers, levels, drills, etc
• Use necessary technology
