Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide support to QES Manager in planning, organizing, and managing the current and future quality systems.
  • Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related action items. Ensure timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions and preventive actions.
  • Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system/department.
  • Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new products are in accordance with the approved data. Maintain, improve, and monitor the Infinity QS System (SPC Data System). Become an expert in this software and the application of it to our facility.
  • Support the QES Manager in the creation and maintenance of company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, etc.
  • Conduct audits and work with outside auditors to create corrective and preventive actions.
  • Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints. Ability to plan, program and operate Vision inspection systems, CMM's, and hand gage.
