As an Operations Attendant, you are responsible for the member entry process, point of sale functions, information dissemination, incoming telephone calls and all cleaning assignments in your designated department. A caregiver in this position works varying shifts between 5:00AM - 10:30PM. Flexibility to work at other locations such as Stow and Green Health and Wellness Centers is required, as needed. A caregiver who excels in this role will:

• Greet members by name and clear them for club entry.
• Maintain current information on all club programs, services and activities and promote regularly.
• Handle incoming telephone calls, take accurate messages and distribute appropriately.
• Register members and guests for appropriate programs according to established procedures.
• Carry out all point-of-sale transactions according to established procedures.
• Register all guests and make sure all paperwork is completed in full.
• Adhere to all cash drawer policies and procedures.
• Wash, dry, fold, distribute and collect soiled towels as needed into the Lifestyles locker rooms.
• Keep supply of paper and soap products stocked for member and guest use at all times.
• Complete any daily, weekly and monthly cleaning assignments within designated area.
• Keep an accurate inventory of supplies and notify the supervisor when additional supplies are needed.
• Clean and inspect equipment (e.g. washers and dryers).
• Report any necessary facility or equipment repairs to the supervisor and/or maintenance department.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Ability to work variable hours
• Basic computer proficiency

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
• Customer service, housekeeping or health club experience

• Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
• Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
• Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
• In some locations, ability to move up to 20 pounds

Pay Range Minimum hourly: $15.00 Maximum hourly: $18.44 The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set and education.
