Payroll & Hr Administrator

We are looking for a dedicated Payroll & HR Administrator to join our client's team in Fremont, Ohio. In this role, you will oversee payroll functions while supporting various human resources responsibilities, ensuring efficient operations and excellent service to employees. Responsibilities:

  • Continuously review and improve payroll and HR processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and benefits policies, ensuring the organization remains compliant.
  • Requirements:

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in payroll and HR administration.
    • Familiarity with payroll systems and human resources software.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling payroll and employee records.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to address employee inquiries effectively.
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative in resolving challenges.
    • Knowledge of labor laws and government regulations related to payroll and benefits.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
