SierTeK Ltd. is seeking an Operations Manager/Project Manager II to support a remote opportunity.

Position Overview Section

The Operations Manager/Project Manager II shall be customer-focused, responsive, reliable, and detail-oriented with solid managerial, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Essential Job Functions

• May need to travel occasionally to Washington D.C., Orlando, FL, and San Antonio, TX.
• Develops and implements operational plans to support mission objectives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Streamlines workflows and procedures to enhance efficiency, mission readiness, and resource utilization.
• Oversees full project lifecycle-from initiation through execution and closure-ensuring deadlines, scope, and budget are met.
• Leads multidisciplinary teams, coordinating across units and stakeholders to drive cohesion and performance.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Requirements

A minimum of three (3) years of IT service desk supervisory experience.
