As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing company equipment, including production equipment, warehouse bay doors, electrical systems, and heating and cooling systems. You will perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and adhere to all company policies, standards, and safety procedures. Your role will involve performing equipment changeovers to minimize downtime, communicating repair status with co-workers and internal customers, and completing necessary paperwork. You will also be responsible for ordering parts, maintaining inventory, and ensuring cleanliness and organization of the maintenance shop.

Work Environment You will work in a climate-controlled, food-grade facility that maintains high cleanliness standards. The role is based on the 3rd shift, operating from 11pm to 7:30am, with a .35 shift differential. The position requires movement between the bottling and blow mold facilities, which are separated by a parking lot. Appropriate attire, such as hair and beard nets, is required in certain areas. The company provides a structured schedule, allowing you to plan your time effectively.
