Maintenance Tech Opening 1st & 3rd Shift! $33/hr Cincinnati, Ohio | PAY RANGE: $33 PER HOUR (Based on experience and qualifications)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join our team in the Flavor and Popcorn departments. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of specialized equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair equipment including Auger Fillers, Gable Top Carton Filling Machines, Vertical Form/Fill/Seal Machines, and Combination Scales.
• Ensure smooth operation of Conveyor Systems, Ink Jet Printers, Liquid Processors, Ribbon Blenders, Vibratory Screens, and X-Ray/Metal Detection equipment.
• Install, program, and troubleshoot PLCs and other industrial control systems.
• Perform equipment changeovers and scheduled maintenance based on production needs.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications for accurate repairs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience with Auger Fillers, Vertical Form/Fill/Seal Machines, and similar equipment.
• Strong knowledge of PLC installation, programming, and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to perform equipment changeovers and preventive maintenance.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with boiler systems and electrical maintenance.
• Familiarity with X-Ray and Metal Detection systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Cincinnati, OH. The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $65000.00/yr. 90 % company paid benefits minimal OT day shift benefits PTO/401 K, company profit sharing This is a fully onsite position in Cincinnati, OH. This position is anticipated to close on Nov 29, 2025.
