DNA Diagnostics Center (DDC), a global leader in DNA relationship testing and part of the Eurofins family of 800+ labs worldwide, is hiring a Client Services Representative I for our growing Specialty Testing division. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and takes pride in offering empathetic, informed support to customers. In this role, you'll be the voice behind some of our most unique product lines-including Peekaboo™ Early Gender DNA Test, Animal DNA testing, SpermCheck, and more.

What You'll Do:

• Handle 30-40 calls/emails daily, providing friendly and knowledgeable support
• Guide customers through their DNA testing journey with empathy and professionalism
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client needs efficiently
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive case information
• Become an expert in DDC's Specialty Testing products and workflows

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred
• A positive, solution-focused mindset with strong communication skills
• Ability to work calmly with sensitive or emotional customer situations
• Willingness to learn and grow in a highly specialized field
• Adept with Microsoft software suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
• High school diploma/GED preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Frequent use of a headset and phone to communicate with customers.
• Regular interaction via digital communication platforms.
• Communicating with others to exchange information.

Schedule:

Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm
