Job Description

What You'll Do

Lead role responsible for providing operational support to clients across all three Payments platforms (DN, & DCI). Supporting these relationships requires effective verbal and written communication and strong problem-solving skills. Resolution of non-routine inquiries requires strong thought leadership. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

How You'll Do It

  • Researches more complex non-routine situations and supports business partners by demonstrating effective communication and problem-solving skills. This includes situational analysis and trouble-shooting of issues.
  • Manages the development and execution of team desktop reference documents, standard operating procedures, risk controls, and mapping of processes. Primary support for compliance and audit teams, as needed.
  • Monitors performance of existing business processes with respect to risk, operational excellence and customer experience. Enhances, optimizes, and automates existing processes by leveraging data and insights. Addresses vulnerabilities within processes and single points of failure (SPOF).
  • Facilitates Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys and sessions to gather insights from customers.
  • Facilitates daily team huddle, aligns workload and coaches team members. Role-model for executing department initiatives.

Qualifications You'll Need

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors Business Administration and Management, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, or related.
  • 4+ years Payments, financial services, or related field.

In Lieu of Education Experience

  • 6+ years Payments, financial services, or related field.

  • Travel up to 25% of the time.

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
