It Support Technician

Corporate It Fulfillment Team Member

The corporate IT fulfillment team ensures delivery excellence for all endpoint devices and applications across home office, global offices, and distribution centers. This role focuses on managing and tracking IT assets, providing on-site and remote troubleshooting, performing software upgrades, and creating documentation to support IT operations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day IT requests for home office and international associates.
• Create and maintain knowledge base documentation for IT service desk and support teams.
• Collaborate with global service providers to deliver consistent, high-quality support.
• Work with internal IT teams to test and deploy technology projects.
• Develop and deploy software packages and upgrades to Windows endpoints globally.
• Identify and implement new support processes and tactics.

Qualifications:

• BS/BA in IT-related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience with Microsoft Windows, macOS, and VDI technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills.
• Effective customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• May require heavy lifting of PCs and peripherals.

Preferred Skills: Asset management, desktop support, Windows 10, hardware/software troubleshooting, inventory management, help desk support, deployment, macOS.

Nice-to-Have Certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, ITIL Foundation.

Job Type & Location: This is a contract to hire position based out of New Albany, OH.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
