Inbound Customer Service Representative

The Inbound Customer Service Representative will have the following responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and email services inquiries on queries such as:
    • Process & status of Estimate or Supplement Payment Status - Rental, Tow, Property Damage Payment
    • Issuance Analyzing Payments - Void and Reissue requests
    • Status of Estimates, send copy, advise assignment submission instructions
    • Supplement or Estimate stuck in process
    • Status of Deductible Status on Rental
    • Advise status on Tow
    • Advise status on Total Loss Supplements not Approved, advice on supplement process

Candidate should have the following skills & Background:

  • 1+ years of Call Center experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience using Microsoft products

Salary: $42K/Annum
