The HRIS Program Lead is responsible for overseeing the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the HRIS system (Workday). Ensure HRIS effectively supports HR functions including HCM, onboarding, time tracking, absence, recruiting, payroll, compensation, performance, benefits, advanced compensation, talent, learning, and reporting. This role requires a blend of strong leadership and technical expertise in HRIS systems, project management skills, and effective communication abilities to collaborate with various stakeholders. This includes creating and delivering plans for system improvements and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience. This role is essential in optimizing HRIS processes, supporting integrations, and partnering cross-functionally with IT, Payroll, and Finance to deliver a best-in-class employee and HR technology experience.
