HR Shared Services Coordinator

Mayfield Heights, OH Temporary $20-25/hr Position will be hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Kelly is seeking an HR Shared Services Coordinator to work with our client, a successful global manufacturing organization, on a temporary basis for about 6 months. This is an excellent opportunity to work for an organization that is committed to advancing scientific breakthroughs! The HR Shared Services Coordinator will:

  1. Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking information about HR policies, procedures, and programs
  2. Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries, escalating complex issues to the appropriate HR team members as needed
  3. Manage and analyze large datasets in Excel, including handling EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) for data integration and uploads into Workday
  4. Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes, streamline workflows, and improve the employee experience
  5. Propose solutions to HR leadership and subject matter experts (SMEs)
  6. Assist in processing HR department invoices, tracking expenses, and allocating costs to the correct cost centers
  7. Ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices related to benefits, talent acquisition, and other HR functions
  8. Maintain accurate financial records for the HR Department and support invoicing and payment processes
  9. Coordinate logistics for recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, arranging travel, initiating pre-hire actions items, and assisting with campus recruitment
  10. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to recruiting policies, procedures, and programs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years Human Resources experience
  • Experience with HR Service Management system (e.g., Workday Help, ServiceNow HRSM) preferred
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Self-directed with demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Must be proficient in various relevant computer/software programs with strong Excel and reporting skills
