Responsibilities: Serves as Directorate lead in planning, developing, and monitoring business and working relationships, key performance indicators, strategic alliances, and collaborative partnership initiatives. Monitoring the logistics support partnerships with the Navy Type Commanders, Naval Supply Systems Command, United States Fleet Forces, and fleet operational units, for the success of DLA support and in developing future logistics strategies. Coordinates efforts between internal and external stakeholders to produce positive results to support the customer. Responsible for customer studies, profiles, analyses and surveys and Agency implementation of either DLA or Navy process improvement initiatives. Determines the effectiveness of DLA logistics support, including service and supply programs, discussing, revising, and reviewing the detailed analysis of internal procedures and support to customers. Responsible for a wide range of wholesale supply chain support functions. Monitors supportability summary project milestones to resolve DLA material support problem areas.

Drug-Free Workplace Policy: The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is committed to maintaining a safe, drug-free workplace.
