Direct Support Professional / Caregiver

Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living needs, including hygiene, meals, and dressing.
- Support participation in community activities and outings.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
- Promote independence and personal choice for each individual.
- Communicate effectively with team members and families.
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain CPR certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
