Job Description: Must have technical/functional skills to handle inbound calls and email services inquiries on queries such as: process & status of estimate or supplement payment status - rental, tow, property damage payment issuance analyzing payments - void and reissue requests status of estimates, send copy, advise assignment submission instructions supplement or estimate stuck in process status of deductible status on rental advise status on tow advise status on total loss supplements not approved, advice on supplement process. Candidate should have the following skills & background: 1+ years of call center experience high school diploma experience using Microsoft products.
