Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in West Chester NT, Ohio. In this contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in handling customer inquiries, managing appointments, and ensuring seamless communication between teams. Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries, providing detailed information and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to ensure timely communication and conversion to sales.
  • Coordinate and organize sales appointments, accurately recording details in the system.
  • Track the progress of scheduled leads and ensure effective conversion rates.
  • Submit and process paperwork for sold jobs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse to ensure the correct equipment and parts are prepared for each job.
  • Communicate professionally with sales teams, partners, and warehouse staff to resolve issues and ensure smooth coordination.
  • Utilize office software and company systems to manage leads, update customer records, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and operations teams to enhance daily efficiency.
  • Assist with general office tasks to support organizational operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or call center environments.
  • Strong skills in answering inbound and outbound calls.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Ability to manage data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Skilled in scheduling appointments and coordinating tasks.
  • Excellent communication abilities, including email correspondence.
  • Experience with order entry and customer information systems.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
