- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to assess needs and recommend appropriate resources.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with social services or non-profit industry is a plus.
