We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented customer service representative to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and account support. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, patient, and solutions-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
• Process orders and returns accurately
• Resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience

Requirements:

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with computers and basic software applications
• Professional and friendly demeanor
