M2 Media Group is a fast-growing Inc. 500 company and leader in the youth fundraising market. The company is a licensed vendor of Girl Scouts of the USA and provides services and support to run Product Programs which raise funds for Girl Scout Councils and their troops through its Funderworks division. The company is seeking smart and energetic candidates to provide phone, email, and chat support to customers, participants, and volunteers who participate in the Girl Scout Product Programs during our peak fall-to-spring season, as well as some representatives to support other sides of the business during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via phone and/or email
• Troubleshoot and explain basic site functions to assist customers
• Escalate inquiries/issues as needed
• Access and utilize company websites and programs to support customer inquiries
• Basic operational duties such as minor data entry and record keeping
• Provide assistance and take direction from the department supervisors

Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel
• Intermediate understanding of website functionality and basic computer skills, including typing
• Superior phone and customer service skills/etiquette
• Excellent verbal, written, listening, and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Bonus Details

Positions available are temporary, shifts vary from part-time to a full 8-hour day. Opportunity for increased hours and overtime will be available and encouraged during peak operating weeks. $13.00 hourly pay. Opportunity to qualify for up to an additional $1.00 bonus per-hour worked if employee maintains good employment standing through the end of the season. Additional details will be provided during the interview/hiring process.
