Preferred qualifications include 6+ months of customer service or related experience, 6+ months of basic technical support experience, 6+ months of heavy volume phone experience, 6+ months working with computers and software applications, MS Office, computer skills, typing, communication, organization, time management, customer service, dependable, problem-solving, professional, positive, proactive, multi-tasking, resilient.
