Client Support Coordinator

Location: Onsite Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

About the Role: We are seeking a bilingual Client Support Coordinator to join our team and provide exceptional service to our clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service and data entry skills who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Correspond with clients regarding order status, lead times, delays, and back orders—primarily via email (95%) and occasionally by phone (5%).
  • Enter orders received through telephone, email, or website into the system accurately.
  • Communicate updates between clients and the production team to ensure transparency and timely delivery.
  • Occasionally take orders directly from customers and provide support throughout the order process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Prior customer service experience (including retail).
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written communication skills.

Work Environment: Fully onsite office setting. Collaborative and supportive team culture. Standard business hours with weekends off.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
