Be the tech behind the tools- drive customer success with seamless AMCS software support and innovation! As an Application Support Technician, this individual is responsible for executing AMCS software installations remotely or on customer sites as needed. AMCS software is vital to providing excellent internal and external customer service by ensuring the accuracy of invoicing, fleet management and supply needs. This person will perform AMCS upgrades remotely for customers, ensure meters are importing accurately to PERRY proTECH's ERP, and will assist sales by preparing assessments for their customers regarding usage, age and performance of their devices.
