Dual Craft - Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

Shift/Pay/Additional Information: Direct Hire. Shift: 2nd shift, from 2 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Potential weekend overtime. Pay: $38.00/hr. + $0.30 cents on the 2nd shift + 1.5x after 40 hours. Quarterly bonuses, and profit sharing. Apprenticeship program/Education Assistance.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting a variety of machinery, including injection molding presses, sonic welders, assembly machinery, and robotic systems. The role requires expertise in both mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance on injection molding presses, sonic welders, assembly machinery, robotic motion carts, and Fanuc robots.
• Troubleshoot pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, sensors, motors, valves, AC/DC drives, control panels, and variable frequency drives.
• Conduct troubleshooting, maintenance, and diagnostics on machinery.
• Wire and build control panels.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting from 480V 3-phase down to 24V.
• Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Perform MIG and Stick welding and fabrication.
• Assist with startup and shutdown procedures as required.
• Participate in pre and post-shift crossover team meetings.
• Coordinate with external companies for projects beyond the internal maintenance team's scope.
• Adhere to 5S and safety standards to ensure effective solutions.
• Complete required paperwork, including shift notes, PM logs, and work order documentation.

Job Type & Location: This is a permanent position based out of Toledo, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $79,040.00 - $79,040.00/yr. Direct Hire position. Excellent benefits. Clean facility. Weekly pay. Will work in a small maintenance team 2-3 other techs per shift. Quarterly bonuses and profit sharing. Benefits available after 30 days. Non-union facility. Blue cross blue shield.
