Maintenance Technician

Location: Eggenfelden • Start: Immediately or by agreement • Work Time: Part-time (e.g., 15–25 hrs/week, flexible)

Responsibilities

What you will do:

You are our “quick hand”: If something is stuck, wobbly, or missing, you immediately take action to prevent small issues from becoming long-term problems.

• Small repairs and immediate assistance (e.g., replacing light bulbs, fixing attachments, adjusting locks)
• Point of contact for the team when something needs repair.
• Maintenance of the outdoor area including green spaces and monitoring the premises, arranging for winter service/waste disposal services.
• Coordination of service providers for larger repairs (requesting quotes, scheduling appointments, accepting work)
• Fleet management (cleanliness, MOT/service appointments, key management)
• Small driving duties with company vehicles (cars, vans, possibly 7.5t trucks)
• Can-do attitude: Helping out when a pallet is moved, installing signs, or rearranging a cabinet.

Qualifications

What you bring:

• Handy skills and a self-reliant, reliable approach to problem-solving.
• Proficient use of common tools, lawnmowers/trimmers.
• Organizational talent for scheduling, deadlines (e.g., MOT/service) and service providers.
• Driver’s license Class B (old 3rd class license).
• Forklift license is advantageous, can be obtained later.
• Communication skills and service-oriented interaction with colleagues.
• Also ideal for retirees – as long as you’re eager to get involved and help out.
