Automotive Customer Service Representative

Die Odendahl & Heise GmbH is successfully operating in the automotive industry for over 50 years. With around 110 employees at our location in Cologne-Longerich, we are known as a full-service dealer for Volkswagen, Audi, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles and as Škoda, Seat and Cupra Service Partner. Our focus: excellent customer service, a strong team and the passion for cars!

Responsibilities

• First point of contact (m/f/d) for our customers and visitors in the car dealership
• Reception and care of customers and referral to the appropriate department
• Telephone and personal information about the prices and times of different repairs
• Active determination of customer wishes and repair needs
• Ensuring a smooth flow in the customer service and optimal care of customers
• Scheduling of repair and service appointments
• Cashier and telephone system operation
• Ensuring a positive customer experience
• Supporting the service team in daily business
• Supporting the customer service

Qualification

• Completed commercial training
• Professional experience in the field of customer service desirable, e.g. in the automotive trade, hospitality or banking
• Friendliness and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Positive and open demeanor
• Communication skills and customer orientation
• Strong service-oriented character
• Enjoyment of teamwork
• Affinity for cars
• Driver's license class: B
• Very good language skills in German, min. language level C2
