✨ About The Role
- This role is a player/coach position, providing an opportunity for exposure to people management within the Odeko Revenue organization.
- Approximately two-thirds of the time will be dedicated to the development and success of direct reports, focusing on driving revenue.
- Weekly one-on-one meetings will be conducted to track performance and address any systemic issues.
- The candidate will work closely with the Chief Supply Chain Officer to strategize and track performance and development goals.
- The remaining one-third of the time will be spent on personal sales goals, acquiring new accounts, and growing wallet share.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a related industry.
- Management experience of 1-2 years is preferred, but not required.
- A proven ability to motivate and lead by example is essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should be analytical and data-driven, enjoying the process of digging into data to analyze trends.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across all levels of the organization are necessary.
