You are the interface between our Door to Door Sales Team and the Head of Sales in the area of electricity and gas. You are actively on the move with the team and lead your team members to sustainable success!

Your tasks:

• Building and managing your Door to Door sales team in the local area
• You set a good example and work independently
• Monitoring sales figures
• Regular creation of reports and documentation on team performance and progress
• Ensuring high employee motivation through regular training and feedback discussions
• Supporting team members in achieving their individual and team goals - you also make deals and are on the move with the team
• Documenting the presence of team members on site
• Regular feedback to the regional management regarding team performance, challenges, and potential improvements
• Together with the regional management, you help establish and further develop processes and structures

Your background:

• First experience in leading Door-to-Door Sales Teams with a focus on cold calling and direct new customer acquisition
• Knowledge in sales management, performance analysis, and sales strategies
• Communication strength: High ability to work with different departments and characters
• You are opinion-strong, know how to represent your position and are highly trustworthy
• You like to work independently and are able to make decisions independently
• You have experience in planning and executing projects, such as customer surveys or complaint management
• You love to be on the move and do not seek a classic office job
• You have very good German language skills in speech and writing
