Being a Team Leader is an incredibly dynamic role, where responsibilities evolve as the company grows. You will be responsible for your team of clients, which means constantly thinking and helping the team to focus on the best strategies to achieve goals. We are looking for someone who has experience in managing a team, who is a point of reference for their team members, and who is able to manage most of the issues.

We are looking for people who can take responsibility, communicate effectively, and be focused on both team and company objectives. You will be an exemplary leader, so we are looking for someone with the ability to influence and motivate their team, inspiring them to do their best.

What You Will Do

  • Support the team operationally when necessary, for example, by answering calls or emails.
  • Collaborate effectively with other teams to address and find solutions to problems that cannot be resolved independently.
  • Coordinate the daily operations team, defining priorities (for example, between customer contact activities and occasional projects), planning, and supporting the team in managing the incoming volume to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Work individually with team members: are they carrying out the agreed activities day by day? Do they need help in defining priorities?
  • Identify additional training needs and opportunities for their development.
  • Manage ongoing training (and coordination of any additional supports) for new team members after their onboarding.
  • Create and continue to promote a positive but ambitious team culture, supporting the team’s success and growth.
  • Monitor and maintain the management times of calls and requests in line with expectations.
  • Manage team leave and overtime to ensure sufficient coverage, monitoring sickness or other occasional absences through the management system.
  • Share relevant information with the operational team (for example, technological or organizational changes).
  • Interact actively with the team, allowing each member to provide feedback, ask questions, and raise concerns.
  • Ability to manage stress, including that of team members.
