Your Future Tasks

• As Sales Lead, you will be responsible for the strategic development of our B2B sales in the area of intelligent metering systems.
• You will drive our business with energy suppliers, installation companies, and technology partners to scale our smart metering solution nationwide.
• You will develop our sales strategy, explore new business opportunities, and prioritize target segments based on market analysis, customer signals, and economic potential.
• You will be responsible for the entire sales funnel – from identifying suitable partners to offer creation, negotiation, and successful closing – with a clear focus on efficiency and closing strength.
• You will systematically expand our partner network: from qualification to contract structure, to activation and co-marketing.
• You will establish scalable processes, KPI-based control, and clear reporting structures to ensure a sustainable sales basis.
• In close cooperation with operations, marketing, product, and legal, you will ensure that market and customer needs are integrated into our solutions and processes.
• Furthermore, you will represent us at industry events, in committees, or in dialogue with strategic stakeholders to build trust, visibility, and partnerships.

Your Background

• You have several years of experience in B2B sales of complex products or platform solutions – ideally in the energy sector, in the SaaS/Tech environment, or in adjacent industries.
• You have a solid understanding of smart metering, §14a EnWG, metering operations, and energy market regulation and have reliable contacts with relevant market players – especially electricity suppliers, metering operators, and manufacturers in the energy sector.
• You convince with entrepreneurial thinking, clear communication, and the ability to win over decision-makers on an equal footing.
• You work solution-oriented, structured, and hands-on – with a high sense of responsibility, decision-making, and implementation power.
• You want to actively shape, take responsibility, and make a significant contribution to the digital energy transition.
• A reliable network in the metering or energy sector ideally completes your profile.
