In this role, you will be the central contact person for all data-related questions in the operations team. You will translate complex data into clear decisions, optimize our processes, and ensure that our customer service and market communications are always at the top level. If you think analytically, are technically proficient, and like to work closely with operational teams, you are exactly right for us.

Your future tasks:

• Support our operational teams in making data-driven decisions – from analyzing specific challenges to deriving effective measures.
• Automate manual processes and monitor their progress.
• Develop and maintain all relevant data pipelines for the operations and market communications area – including automated reports, stable data flows for customer service, and easy, pragmatic tools that support teams in their daily work.
• Ensure that our data is reliable, usable, and always up-to-date.
• Analyze our operational processes end-to-end and identify potentials for efficiency improvement and quality enhancement.
• Your insights directly feed into strategic decisions and help us maintain our service quality sustainably.
• Contribute to international initiatives to harmonize our data and measurement structures and bring your expertise into global projects.
• Your analyses of customer behavior, process performance, and trends form an important decision basis for management.

Your background:

• Completed studies in economics, natural sciences, engineering, data science, or a comparable analytically-technical training.
• Very good knowledge of Python, SQL, and experience with modern data modeling tools like dbt.
• You feel comfortable with large amounts of data and understand how to structure, model, and transform them into insights.
• Ideally, first experience in customer service or other operational environments – you know what customer contact, workload, and process reality feel like.
• You don't wait for tasks – you find your own relevant levers to further develop our operations and market communications data-driven.
• In doing so, you work structured, independently, and like to dive into complex contexts.
• You can explain technical facts understandably and like to work with colleagues from different teams.
• Very good German and English skills in speech and writing.
