- The Professional Services Account Manager role at Altium requires a highly skilled individual with deep technical expertise, consulting, project management, communication, and customer satisfaction focus
- Responsibilities include documenting requirements, leveraging customized technical solutions, and successfully achieving defined project and business goals on time and on budget
- The role involves approximately 1 week of travel per month to Dubai
- The ideal candidate will have experience in software development, programming languages, Cloud/SaaS, PLM systems, Digital Thread/Digital Transformation connections, cybersecurity requirements, and data analytics
- Project management experience, consulting expertise, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams are essential for this role
âš¡ Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years experience in the industry
- Deep technical knowledge in software development, programming languages, and Cloud/SaaS experience
- Experience with PLM systems, including integration requirements, preferably WINDCHILL
- Familiarity with industry-defined Digital Thread/Digital Transformation connections and cybersecurity requirements
- Strong project management experience, including definition-to-completion of complex project requirements and use of project management tools like Jira
- Consulting expertise with the ability to assess and analyze technical requirements based on customer needs
- Experience working with customers, objection handling, and suggesting compromising solutions
- Ability to work with and coordinate efforts of cross-functional teams to achieve stated goals
