HR Analyst l: Shared Services

The Human Resources ("HR") Analyst l (Shared Services) role serves as a critical support function, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency across OSJL. This role involves collaborating with HR subject matter experts ("SMEs") to test system changes, analyze data, and identify process improvement opportunities. The role partners closely with HRIS teammates, leveraging administrative capabilities to optimize workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on data-driven projects, including UKG module implementations. Maintain UKG system integrity by managing organization levels and business rules.
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to optimize report and module efficiency. Monitor system upgrades and resolve tier 1 issues.
- Develop and generate standard and ad-hoc reports. Ensure data integrity through queries and analysis.
- Develop test scripts and procedures, create training materials, and conduct end-to-end testing in the test environment.
- Partner with MIS for technical requirements and external vendors for issue resolution.
- Collaborate with the HR team and leaders to align with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is required and majoring in human resources, MIS, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
- At least one (1) year of experience with an HRIS system is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google platform (i.e., Sheets, Slides, Docs, Drive, Sites).
- Preferred work experience in the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of Company policies and procedures is essential.
- Must possess solution driven qualities and the ability to work under limited supervision.
Work Environment:
- Works primarily in a climate controlled environment with minimal safety and health hazard potential.
- Works in an office environment remaining stationary at a desk, table, or computer workstation for extended periods of time. Frequently uses near vision for reading and computer tasks.
- Hybrid work option: Some work may be completed outside of the Company locations, with at least three (3) days a week in the Corporate Office. The role is responsible for setting up a professional and ergonomically safe work environment and to be available during working hours. Hybrid work options are not guaranteed and are subject to change at any time based upon Company policy, associate performance and business needs.

The annual salary range for this position is between $55,000 - $65,000. Salary commensurates with years of experience.
