We're hiring an HR Operations Executive to join our People & Culture team and play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth onboarding, background verification, and HR operational excellence. As an HR Operations Executive, your success will be defined by your ability to manage onboarding, compliance, and HR operations seamlessly. You'll ensure all new hires experience a professional, efficient, and engaging introduction to Oceans, while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting broader HR initiatives that shape our culture. You will work very closely with the HR team, reporting directly to the Senior Specialist - HR Operations -Shanasha Dabrera.
