We're hiring a Logistics & Operations Coordinator to partner with a fast-growing consumer brand scaling its wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels. This role is critical to managing order workflows across multiple platforms, resolving fulfillment issues, and ensuring smooth operations during a period of rapid expansion.

As a Logistics & Operations Coordinator, your success will be defined by your ability to manage order flows with precision, resolve fulfillment bottlenecks quickly, and keep cross-platform operations running smoothly. You'll combine process rigor with proactive problem-solving to ensure customers and wholesale partners receive timely, accurate deliveries.

You'll work directly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure wholesale and DTC orders are processed accurately and on time.

This is a remote role , where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client's time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us.
