We're hiring a Finance Operations Specialist to partner with our client and their rapidly scaling portfolio of consumer product brands across e-commerce, retail, wholesale, and more. This operationally intensive role demands precision and a proactive approach to managing finance transactions, accounts receivable, billing, and reporting in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

As a Finance Operations Specialist, your success will be measured by your accuracy in handling high volumes of finance transactions, your responsiveness in managing accounts receivable and billing workflows, and your ability to support timely reporting and process improvements. You'll be a dependable bridge between finance, sales, and customer teams, ensuring smooth operational execution. Here's how you'll make an impact:
In this role, you'll report directly to the VP of Finance and CFO and work closely with the finance, sales, and operations teams. Your role requires regular collaboration with internal stakeholders and occasional external customer interaction for collections and billing support.
