Operations Coordinator Erp Support
The operations coordinator ERP support is responsible for supporting day-to-day ERP system operations with the primary focus on asset maintenance management, workflow monitoring, and system data integrity.
This role ensures that asset-related activities, including maintenance planning, task initiation and tracking are accurately executed and maintained within the ERP system.
This position plays a key role in supporting user acceptance testing validating system functionality and assisting with ERP process improvements. The coordinator will work closely with operations maintenance teams and system support function to ensure smooth execution of asset maintenance workflows and alignment with business operational requirements.
Duties And Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL
- Manage and monitor asset maintenance activities within the ERP system.
- Initiate, track and update maintenance tasks, work orders and asset activity records
- Ensure asset lifecycle data is accurately maintained including preventing and corrective maintenance activities.
- Support asset availability tracking and ensure timely updates of maintenance status.
- Provide operational support for ERP asset management modules.
- Identify system or process discrepancy and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
- Participate in UAT activities for ERP upgrades enhancements add new functionality.
- Coordinate initiation and closure of acid related tasks within the ERP.
- Support planning and prioritization of asset maintenance activities.
- Assist in data reconciliation and audit related verification activities.
- Support documentation and standardization of ERP related operational procedures.
- Support ERP transition and post implementation stabilization.
- Provide support for ERP related queries related to asset tracking and management.
- Support user acceptance testing system validation and testing activities during ERP enhancements or releases.
- Support data validation cleansing and reconciliation of asset records with the ERP system.
- Develop new maintenance tasks as new hardware is introduced. This will require interface with personnel familiar with the hardware to ensure that the task is applicable and safe, as well as to record baseline time to execute.
- Work closely with Service Excellence as well as Technical Support to ensure that both maintenance plans and maintenance tasks are relevant to the specific hardware in use.
- Work closely with each Service Excellence/Operations Departments to ensure maintenance is being conducted in accordance with Oceaneering maintenance standards.
- Provide regular executive summaries to Maintenance & Audit Manager
- Continually review downtime incidents and equipment failures. Work with Technical Support to modify maintenance plans and/or tasks to reduce occurrences of downtime.
- Work with Service Excellence and Technical Support in the development and issuance of One-Time Tasks.
- Point-of-contact for all questions regarding maintenance issues.
- Provide training in the use of the Maintenance system.
- In step with regional operations and quality personnel, work toward COPQ elimination as related to equipment design, maintenance, personnel training and execution.
- Support all HSE initiatives, participation and assist with Risk identification, mitigation processes such as level III solutions and MOC process.
- Assist with any other duties as and when required.
- Undertaking specific projects as instructed by management
- Demonstrates high level of initiative to accomplish individual objectives assigned as well as team goals.
NON-ESSENTIAL
- Undertake continuous improvement training programs and specific projects as instructed by management.
- Assist Engineers with all technical support functions.
- Manage escalated queries from Administrators.
- Assist with any other duties as and when needed.
Qualifications
REQUIRED
- BS/B. TECH in ELECTRONICS /ELECTRICAL/MECHANICAL Engineering (E) Or equivalent experience
- Able to work in rotational shifts 42.5 hours (weekly) (Morning, Evening, Night & Weekends) (E)
- Knowledge of MS-Office and computer fundamentals (E)
- Must be willing to Work from office as and when needed.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in asset documentation and reporting.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to asset management and maritime operations.
DESIRED
- 0-1-year experience in Support Operations (P)
