A degree in a relevant field, such as finance or business administration
At least 2 years of experience in operations or a related field (especially in the area of Remittances, Callback or Client Service role)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
