Handle daily processing and verify external deals executed by dealers/traders, using various Global Markets related systems. Deals to be validated against independent sources (term sheets, broker's confo and etc) to ensure that the trades booked are valid trades and economic details are correct.

Products included Foreign Exchange (FX), Money Market (MM), Securities, Equities, NID, Structured Investments, Plain Vanilla Derivatives & Complex Derivatives.

Ensure that day-to-day operations and transactions are completed on a timely basis.

Identify areas to improve processes and straight through processing (STP) opportunities to continue to deliver improved processes with consistent quality.

Liaise with dealers/traders and internal / external customers on daily operation issues.

Participate in user acceptance testing, system implementation and process improvement.

Ensure strict compliance in all external and internal dealings with customers and controls are in place & implemented to mitigate operational risk.

Support business units and draw up new processes for new products to be launched from operational perspectives.

Support teamwork and cross-learning within the department.

Establish appropriate plans and work processes and adopt best practices to accomplish team objectives, monitor performance to achieve process improvements.

Promote cross border learning and exchange between MY team and SG to enhance sharing of expertise and align Treasury Operations objectives.

At least 2years relevant experience. Preferably knowledge dealing with Treasury products.

Self-motivated and able to work as a team.

Possess positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Able to work fast, work under pressure & ability to manage complicated situations.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Excel applications will be added advantage.
