What You Do:

• Lead new client acquisition efforts for leveraged FX and CFD products, targeting institutional clients primarily, as well as retail and high net worth individuals.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to maximize client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
• Assist in the onboarding process of new customers, ensuring a smooth and compliant client setup experience.
• Proactively monitor client margins and risks, promptly managing margin calls by coordinating with clients to resolve shortfalls.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the FX and CFD segments.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and trading teams to tailor offerings and deliver client-centric solutions.
• Provide expert advice and market insights to clients through presentations and training, while monitoring market trends and competitors to guide sales strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Who You Are:

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in margin FX sales, preferably with exposure to CFD's or similar leveraged products.
• Proven track record in acquiring and managing institutional clients, with additional experience in retail and high net worth client segments.
• Strong understanding of Forex and CFD markets, products, and trading platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Fluency in Japanese (spoken and written) due to the clients this role needs to manage.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in finance, trading, or sales are a plus.
