As a Technology Infrastructure Specialist at OCBC, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our systems and infrastructure are secure, efficient, and always available. How you succeed To succeed in this role, you'll need to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to technology trends and advancements. You'll work closely with our technology teams to design, implement, and maintain our infrastructure, ensuring it's aligned with our business goals and objectives. You'll need to be proactive, collaborative, and always looking for ways to improve our systems and processes.

What you do

• Design, implement, and maintain our technology infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network systems
• Collaborate with our technology teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new systems and applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and impact to our business
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams and configuration guides
• Work with our security team to ensure our infrastructure is secure and compliant with regulatory requirements

Who you are

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in technology infrastructure, with a focus on design, implementation, and maintenance
• Strong technical skills, including experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and network protocols
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
