Be at the heart of driving operational excellence within OCBC Treasury! As a Business Management Intern, you'll play a critical role in shaping how we work, improving processes, and leveraging technology to deliver exceptional service. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a fast-paced environment and contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our Treasury Operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Business Management team in driving process excellence, project management, and testing initiatives.
• Assisting in the planning of workshops and the development of scorecards, metrics, and financial reporting to track departmental performance.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and system automation solutions.
• Contributing to the adoption of new ways of working to deliver faster, better, and more cost-efficient service to both internal and external customers.
• Acting as a liaison between teams, facilitating communication and collaboration across the organization.

You'll be joining the Business Management team within Treasury Operations – a dynamic group focused on optimizing processes and driving innovation. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues across Treasury and other departments, gaining valuable insights into the inner workings of a leading financial institution.

Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.

Possesses good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at various levels.

A quick learner with strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to change.

Proficient in Excel macros and Python programming.

Knowledge of common treasury products such as FX and Securities is a plus.

This internship will provide you with:
